Review of progress of the Minutes of earlier CWC Meeting held on 22.12.2010:
     Minutes were finalized and copy enclosed. It was decided to pursue the matters vigorously.

Implementation of Pay Parity with IAS:  The Ministry has already referred this matter to DoPT. The matter has already been discussed with DoPT and the Ministry to expedite it immediately. Modifications in the Recruitment Rules are proposed simultaneously. Association is pursuing both issues together and meeting will be held in DoPT and the Ministry very soon to expedite it at the earliest.

Promotion/DPC for the different cadres (from AE to E-in-C), and stay order of Jammu High Court on promotion/DPC from JTS onwards: It was decided that this Association is for welfare/promotion of all the officers i.e. from AE to E-in-C and all out efforts are made accordingly. The DPC/Promotion is temporarily stopped due to court cases. However, necessary actions shall be taken accordingly in principle to get all the stay vacated for clearing channels for all the promotions.
It was unanimously decided to send a team of the members alongwith an Advocate to get the stay order vacated from the Hon’ble High Court(Jammu) at Srinagar so that the promotion which are on anvil at this moment, can be done immediately.

Other issues:  These shall be expedited by the office bearers of the Association.

CWC meeting of ADEA on 23.04.2010:  All the CWC members are invited to attend the CWC meeting in room No.346 at Akashvani Bhavan at 2.30 PM. Hence, they can plan accordingly to reach the venue in time.
